U Section sheet piles have a U cross section with interlocking mechanism at the edges of each unit. U Section sheet piles are traditionally driven as single piles however these can also be supplied as double or triple piles. The interlocks on the U Section are situated on the neutral axis. U Section sheet piles are often used for temporary retaining walls, cut-off walls, embankments, and revetment works.
The PSU Series steel sheet pile is a hot rolled steel profile which is characterised as a high-quality sheet with clutches suitable for driving in water charged conditions. The PSU Series steel sheet pile is produced with S240-S390 grade steel, is 600mm wide and has an effective weight ranging from 77.2kg/m² to 187.3kg/m² and section modulus ranging from 745cm³ to 3,211cm³. The PSU Series is manufactured to comply with EN 10248 and JIS A 5523.
